Unlimited remote email and phone support
Our support staff will provide remote assistance for any technical questions you may have. Whether it’s a hardware issue, software issue, or anything in between, the Support Contract guarantees you access to timely e-mail and/or phone assistance so that you can get your cabinet back up and running in time for League Night.
Our BumbleBear Support Staff hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Central Time. Inquiries made off-hours will be addressed within 24 hours or less, depending on availability. No matter the situation, our owners and our players are top priority for us; we’ll always try to resolve your situation as quickly as possible.
Continuous software updates and bug fixes
Killer Queen is a living game. As the meta changes and as players find new bugs and exploits, we are continually changing the game to keep it fresh and balanced.
Some examples of big changes that were recently made via online update:
- New flight physics, allowing for more fluid movement and competitive possibilities. - A fix to “Berry Famine” - The beloved Snail Bonus Map
These updates will download to your cabinet automatically as soon as they’re released, and your community will be jazzed to know that they’re playing on the cutting edge.
One new map per year
Our development team is committed to releasing at least one new map every calendar year. You'll be the first to get it, as well as the ability to preview upcoming content in our Beta program.
